Breaking In and Pre-Training
We believe the start of a racehorses career is one of the most important stages, that’s why it’a essential they get the best start possible. Our team of experienced and lightweight jockeys combined with our easy-does-it, no shortcuts approach means every horse gets off to a winning start! We partner each horse with each jockey on a bespoke breaking and pre-training plan, ensuring we send each horse off fit and ready for the challenges of training.
Rest and Rehabilitation
With injury and ailments affecting 70% of all Thoroughbred racehorses at some point in their career, a good rest and rehabilitation plan is absolutely key to getting the best out of your horse. With an incredibly experienced team of vets, farriers and physiotherapists behind us there is no better place to let your racehorse come for some time off or some rehabilitation for an injury. We have many years of experience dealing with and successfully rehabbing tendon injuries, kissing spines surgeries and wind problems - just a few of the most common racing injuries. With acres of secure peaceful paddocks, 24/7 supervision, secure lunge ring, 3 types of walker and an equine pool, there really is no better place to send your horse for some time off.
Jumps Training
A key part to Jumps Racing is jumping, therefore we can offer tailored schooling for your horses over showjumps or fences. This helps improve results, reduce injuries and falls, and helps you to get the best out of your horse.
Rehoming of Ex-Racehorses
The retraining and rehoming of ex racehorses is a vital part of the circle f racing. We are huge advocates of the Thoroughbred breed, and believe in giving them a second or third chance in life. Alongside keeping our own, we do have horses available for rehoming, and offer a good discount on our services if needed.
Re-Training and Competing
The retraining and competing of racehorses is something we have specialised in for years. It is a great way to enjoy your racehorse once they have finished life on the track. It enables you to remain in the winner's enclosure in a different style!
Stud Work
There is nothing more special and exciting than welcoming new life into the world, which is something we take great pride in doing every springtime. Mares are welcome for foaling down and get a 5* service, including 24/7 supervision, foaling cameras, big airy boxes with deep straw beds, secure turnout in either a herd or single environment, routine examinations and regular disinfecting of foaling stables. We have a team of fantastic stud vets on call and look forward to welcoming your little ones next spring.
